Reverend Joseph Wong and his wife Rose were both born in Hong Kong. Moving to the United States in their young twenties, they have spent the last twenty-seven years in states across the Eastern United States. The two have been best friends since their teen years, married over twenty-five years and deeply in love! Pastor Joseph’s colorful career has included time as an entrepreneur, a mental health counselor, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and a Doctorate Degree candidate for Christian Leadership. Joseph and Rose have two children, Enoch and Evangelina.
Joseph’s passion is to bring love, faith, and hope to all people. His desire was to create a space for people to experience and deepen their relationships with Christ Jesus in their lives. Pastor Joseph received the calling to plant an English second-generation and intergenerational church called Living Stone Community Church, and the church had its first service in Orlando, FL on November 11th, 2007.
Reverend Michael was born and raised in California, and grew up in a Japanese American church. Michael married Aya in the summer of 2007 and moved immediately to Orlando to attend and graduate with a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Oviedo in 2011. Together they have two boys and one girl. Michael and Aya have been a part of Living Stone Community Church since its initial church plant in 2007. Michael primarily serves in the English Ministry with the youth, young adults, Worship Service, and with joint English and Chinese church events, desiring that each would take a step of faith with, and live like Jesus.
Starting in 2016, Michael has been serving on the English Committee for the Chinese Churches Association within the U.S. Christian & Missionary Alliance. It is his desire to encourage Second Generation Pastors to partner and work with other pastors, both older and younger pastors, so that the world will know that God sent Jesus to be the savior of the world (John 17:21).
Pastor Jason grew up in a Christian home and became a follower of Jesus in 1989 during Sunday school. But it was not until after high school when God showed Himself and took hold of his heart. He became involved with the youth ministry in the local church and surrounding churches in the Metro area. After receiving his degree from the University of the Philippines Manila in 2000, God brought him to New York to work as a physical therapist. He served as church elder in a Southern Baptist Church in Brooklyn while working as Regional Manager for a rehabilitation staffing company. As he developed leaders in the church and in the marketplace, God called Jason to full-time ministry in 2012. He went to Alliance Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity, and served as Youth and Young Adults Pastor after graduating in 2015.
Jason married his high school sweetheart Agnes in 2004, and God blessed them with 2 wonderful boys, Jacob (5) and Jerome (3) after prayerfully waiting for 9 years. In 2017 God called the family to Florida, into their first Alliance assignment. He was commissioned as Children’s Pastor of Livingstone Community Church in April of the following year, where he currently ministers to volunteers, young families and their children.
